Good spread of dishes for breakfast. Though the food was little less of solt but it was tasty. Had options for all ages which was appreciating factor. Please add Mysore native one or two dishes as part of menu so that outsiders can expereince taste of mysore and cherish the moment of visiting mysore.

The pool was actually open instead of being 'closed for maintenance ' which has been the case in so many of the hotels. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so friendly and polite. Good location as near the centre. Laundry super fast.

Rooms and location was excellent. Staff were courteous, only feedback is the room cleaning services need to be obedient. Every time they use to miss one or other thing , once soap, once towel. Some senior needs to supervise the cleaning staff properly.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions.

The service provided by the staff is top notch, very good staff , special mention to Mr. Madappa at the Cascade restaurant, Breakfast buffet was best in class

This is definitely a value for money hotel. At just under 3500₹ per night, this place definitely takes the cake! Rooms: Large. Comfy beds. All necessary facilities. Even a mini bar and a fridge. Plenty of toiletries including a nice scented green apple shampoo. The AC was also integrated into the room. Very impressive. No balcony. Although the large (unopenable) window had the view of the swimming pool. Facilities: I didn't actually use any so not sure about this. But there was a nice cozy restaurant, a cool looking pub, and a nice coffee shop within the hotel. Location: Most important feature. It is barely 5 mins away from Mysore Zoo and Mysore Palace. Overall: Complete value for money!! Will visit again soon!
